Apply

Four minutes. Three statements. One offer.

Apply for distributor funding in about four minutes. You need an application and your three most recent months of business bank statements — plus your A/R aging if you want factoring quoted. No minimum FICO for working capital or factoring, $15,000 a month in deposits, 6 months in business. Offer in about four business hours, funded in 24.

Submitting the application does not affect your credit.

Pick a product, or don’t

One application covers all five.

Every button below opens the same four-minute application. If you’re not sure whether to fund the buy side, the sell side or both, start anywhere — the underwriter will place the file.

What you need, exactly

  • A four-minute application: legal entity name, DBA, EIN, address, owner name and date of birth, ownership percentage, last four of SSN, monthly revenue, time in business, amount requested, and what it’s for.
  • Your three most recent months of business bank statements as PDFs — four months if your business is seasonal. Downloaded from your bank, not screenshots.
  • If you want factoring quoted: your A/R aging and two or three sample invoices with proof of delivery. This is how we underwrite your customers’ credit instead of yours.
  • That’s it. No tax returns under $500,000. No business plan. No collateral for working capital. No minimum credit score for working capital or factoring.

What happens after you submit

  1. Within about 4 business hours on a weekday, an underwriter reads your file and we come back with an amount, a total payback, a payment and a schedule — or a decline with the actual reason.
  2. If you take the offer, you sign a two-page contract.
  3. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same business day. Otherwise, next.

We will call you. We don’t run automated email sequences, so put a number on the application you actually answer.

Does applying affect my credit?

Submitting the application does not affect your credit. We review your business bank statements first. If you move forward on a credit-qualified product — a line of credit, a term loan, or SBA — a credit pull happens at that point and we tell you before it does.
