Send us the distributor files everyone else declines.
Dockdoor Capital is a direct funding source for wholesale, distribution and import. If you broker merchant cash advances, factoring or SBA, we are the desk you send warehouses to — including the importers, produce houses and marketplace wholesalers that most of your paper gets declined on. 10–15% on funded working capital, paid within 2 business days.

- Signed application + 3 months of business bank statements (4 if the merchant is seasonal). A/R aging if you want factoring quoted.
What we say yes to that your other funders say no to
- Importers paying foreign factories a deposit at order and the balance at shipment
- Produce, meat and seafood wholesalers with perishable inventory and weekly supplier payments
- Marketplace wholesalers — we underwrite bank deposits, not a processor feed
- Files with large supplier wires and a balance that dips to near zero the day duty is paid
- Files with three or fewer NSFs in 90 days
- Distributors with an open position, where a consolidation or re-term is the right structure
- Receivables on net-45 to net-90 from chains that take deductions — factoring, with the advance rate set against dilution history
What we won’t do
We won’t stack you. If a merchant you sent us comes back directly, the file stays yours for 24 months and the renewal commission is yours.
We won’t shop your merchant to a panel behind your back on products we fund in-house.
We won’t run outbound marketing to your merchant list. Dockdoor does not run automated email sequences to merchants at all.
How submission works
- Send the signed application and three months of statements. Four months if the merchant is seasonal. Add the A/R aging if the merchant invoices on terms. Upload it through your partner portal.
- Our underwriting desk reads it. You get an offer or a real decline reason the same day — about 4 business hours on a complete file. If the file supports both working capital and factoring, you get both quoted.
- The merchant signs two pages. Funding in 24 hours. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.
- You’re paid within two business days of funding. Renewal commission runs 24 months on files you originated.
Attribution. Every partner-sourced link carries that partner’s own EF-XXXXXX referral code. The portal issues the code and the site templates it into the link, so a file submitted through your link is credited to you automatically. Never send a funnel link without your code on it.
Partner program questions.
What commission does Dockdoor pay an ISO?
10% to 15% on funded working capital, paid within 2 business days of the merchant funding. Commission on lines of credit and factoring is disclosed per file at offer. Term loan and SBA fee schedules are disclosed on the term sheet.
Is there a file minimum or an exclusivity requirement?
No to both. There is no monthly file minimum and no exclusivity. Send one file a quarter or forty a month.
How long do I keep a merchant I originated?
24 months. If a merchant you sent us comes back directly, the file stays yours and the renewal commission is yours for 24 months from the original funding.
What distributor files will you take that others decline?
Importers paying foreign suppliers up front; produce, meat and seafood wholesalers with perishable inventory; marketplace wholesalers whose sales a processor-based lender cannot see; files with large supplier wires and a balance that dips the day duty is paid; files with three or fewer NSFs in 90 days; and distributors with an open position where a consolidation or re-term is the right structure.
Do you pay on factoring?
Yes. Factoring is a core product for distribution files and commission on a factoring facility is disclosed per file at offer. If the merchant invoices on terms, send the A/R aging with the submission and we will quote factoring alongside working capital.
How fast is a decision on a submitted file?
About 4 business hours on a complete submission during weekdays. Declines come back the same day with the actual reason, not “credit.”
What do you need from me to submit?
A signed application and the merchant’s 3 most recent months of business bank statements — 4 months if the merchant is seasonal. Add the A/R aging if you want factoring quoted. Submit through the partner portal.
